RESORT COMPARISONS - TWO CALIF. RESORTS - (08/26/08)

Hello Travelers,
I have 2 resort comparisons for you this month, both here in California.  I also have important news on several fronts -

1. GRN, the official marketers of the Gold Crown Resort program, has
announced a new financing plan to begin shortly.  If the only thing keeping you from becoming a member has been a lack of available credit, this could be the solution.  Let me know and I'll send you the details as soon as they're ready (probably in a week or so).

2.  We have a new minimum rate for weekly rentals of the Gold Crown
Resort units.  Previously set at $298, there will now be a few resorts
available for as little as $149.  I have included one of the first resorts
offered at this rate in our comparisons.

3.   Last bit of news for this month -  If you think our program is too

4.  Here are the comparisons for this month.  The first was the initial
location to be offered for the new minimum price of $149 for a full week (8 days and 7 nights).  It may even be within driving distance from some of you.

We called this resort after finding no availability through any of the major travel providers.  They did not accept public bookings through the front desk and referred us to Extra Holidays by Wyndam. 

For the exact same size unit and dates being offered through our
Membership (8 days & 7 nights), Extra Holidays was charging
$1,603.58.  Remember, our price was just $149. 

That's a minimum savings of over $1,450.00 for this one week alone.

Our second comparison is also in California, a little furthur south in San Diego County.  Experience the remote beauty of the high desert from the country club atmosphere of San Diego Country Estates.



An 18-hole championship golf course, only two miles away, is
rated one of the top 10 courses in the country.

 

There are 16 tennis courts on site, including six lighted courts.
Enjoy boating and fishing on San Vicente Lake, or swim at the resort's
outdoor pool. Treat yourself to a massage or facial on site at Spa Riviera.



Right now, membership is showcasing a Two-Bedroom unit available
for immediate rental for only $398.  This is for 6 people for an entire 8
days and 7 nights.
